Khaled Boubenider Rincón is a U.S. immigration lawyer and the founder of Rincon Law.
Mr. Boubenider focuses his legal practice on helping individuals, families, working professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs get visas, green cards, and citizenship to the United States. Early in his career, Mr. Boubenider worked as an immigration litigator in South Texas. It was there that he developed strong communication skills by representing clients in Immigration Court. Mr. Boubenider also has experience working at leading law firms, where he helped corporate clients develop immigration strategies and fulfill their labor needs.
Bilingual in Spanish, Mr. Boubenider has represented clients from around the world. The son of immigrant parents, Mr. Boubenider has a deep understanding and appreciation for the immigrant experience and is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex immigration system to achieve their goals.
Mr. Boubenider received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted and a member, in good standing, of the State Bar of Wisconsin and licensed to practice Immigration Law in all 50 states.
